Educate. Build the capability.

Tools only go so far if the people around them don't know what good use looks like. Educate is the teaching side of the work: practical courses and sessions that give your whole team a real, grounded understanding of AI. What it's genuinely good at, where it falls down, and how to use it well and safely in their actual work. Not hype, not theory, just the skills people need to get value from it themselves.

What it includes

AI foundations course

A practical grounding for the whole team in what AI can and cannot do, and how to use it well.

A short, hands-on course that gives everyone the same solid base: where AI genuinely helps, where it misleads, how to prompt it sensibly, and how to keep data and judgement where they belong. Practical from the first session, with people working on their own tasks rather than watching slides.

Role-specific course tracks

Deeper, tailored sessions built around what each team actually does.

Once the basics are in, different functions need different things. We build short course tracks around real tasks, so marketing, operations, finance or delivery each learn the handful of moves that matter for their work, rather than a generic overview.

Champions and train-the-trainer

Build internal people who can carry the learning forward without you.

We bring on a small group of internal champions and give them what they need to support colleagues, answer the common questions, and keep standards up. The capability then stays in the building after the engagement ends.

Talks and ongoing sessions

Briefings, clinics and office hours that keep momentum and answer real questions.

Regular short sessions, whether a leadership briefing, a team clinic or open office hours, that keep people learning as the tools and their own confidence move on. Small and frequent beats one big training day that fades by Friday.

Who it's for

For organisations that want AI capability spread across the team, not concentrated in a handful of enthusiasts.

What you walk away with

A team that understands AI well enough to use it sensibly and spot where it helps, with internal people who can keep the learning going.
