AI consulting and implementation
AI your team will actually use.
Most AI projects stall somewhere between the demo and daily use. Throughline Partners closes that gap: finding where AI is genuinely worth the effort, building it into the tools you already work in, and making sure people actually adopt it.

Running · day 6model: demand ~ price + season + promo
AI suggestions
- Consider a one-week lag on ‘promo’, since its effect carries over.
- ‘price’ and ‘discount’ look collinear; keep one of them.
Draft write-up
Price elasticity is negative and significant; promotions lift demand with a roughly one-week lag, and seasonality explains much of the rest.

The gap
The hard part isn't the model. It's everything around it.
There's no shortage of impressive AI demos. The difficulty is turning one into something that fits how your business actually runs: wired into your systems, trusted by your team, and used every week rather than quietly dropped after the pilot. That space, between a clever idea and a result that runs, is the throughline. It's the only thing we work on.
What we do
Four stages, one thread.
Find where the value is, build it properly, make sure it sticks, and bring the wider team with you. Each stage stands on its own; together they run the whole way from idea to everyday use.
- 01 Find the value
Assess
Work out where AI is genuinely worth the effort, before spending a penny building.
- AI opportunity audit
- AI readiness review
- 02 Make it work
Build
Connect AI to the tools your team already uses, doing specific jobs reliably.
- MCP setup and integration
- Agent and workflow builds
- Skill and prompt library builds
- Knowledge base setup
- 03 Make it stick
Embed
Turn a working tool into a normal part of how people do their jobs.
- Adoption programmes
- Hands-on, role-specific training
- Fractional Head of AI
- 04 Build the capability
Educate
Bring the wider team up to speed, so using AI well is something everyone can do, not just a few early adopters.

How we work
Straightforward to work with.
Low friction, high trust. You know what you are getting, what it costs, and that you will own it at the end.
- 01
Clear scope, fixed price.
You know what you're getting and what it costs before we start.
- 02
Outcome, not hours.
Engagements are defined by a working result, not a running clock.

About
Who's behind it
Throughline Partners are advocates of AI, with hands-on experience putting it to work inside real businesses. We've embedded AI modelling in an econometrics consultancy, built an A/B testing bot, turned scattered guides and manuals into a knowledge base you can simply ask, and created virtual PAs that read across Slack, email and call recordings to triage the day. Practitioners, not theorists: technical enough to build it, and close enough to the business to make it stick. That combination is rarer than it sounds, and it's what we bring to your team.

FAQ
Questions we get a lot.
How do you charge?
Clear scope, fixed price. We agree what we're delivering and what it costs before we start, so there are no running clocks or surprise invoices. Engagements are defined by a working result, not hours.
How long does a typical engagement take?
Most are short and tightly scoped. An opportunity audit is usually a couple of weeks; a single agent or workflow build is a fixed sprint of a few weeks. We would rather deliver one working thing quickly than run an open-ended programme.
Do we own what you build?
Yes. Everything we build is yours, documented and handed over, with no lock-in. The point is to leave you with something your team can run and maintain, not a dependency on us.
We've tried AI pilots that went nowhere. How is this different?
That gap is the reason we exist. Most pilots stall because the tool was never wired into real workflows, or because the team never adopted it. We put as much into the embedding and adoption as the build, so what we deliver is still in use weeks later.
Do we need technical staff or a lot of data to start?
No. A readiness review is part of how we begin, and we'll tell you honestly what is feasible with what you have. Plenty of worthwhile work uses the tools and data already sitting in your business.
Which tools do you work with, and is our data safe?
We connect AI to the systems your work already lives in, such as Slack, email, calendar, CRMs and your internal documents, often using the Model Context Protocol. We are not tied to one vendor, we keep your data where it belongs, and we are clear about what any AI can and cannot access.
